What's your returns policy?

As our items cannot be resealed & redistributed, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns unless there is a quality issue with your product. If you have a concern, it's best to contact us direct so we can try to provide a solution.

What's your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping with an order value over £40. Anything below that has a £2.99 delivery charge.

When will I receive my order?

We try to dispatch our orders within two working days of receiving them & we send them via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you should receive your order in 3-5 working days.

Please bear in mind that our factory & office are closed over the weekend, so orders placed after 4pm on a Thursday afternoon won't be dispatched until the following Monday, as our parcels are collected the next working day after we create the postage.

What do I do if my order never arrived?

If you have any issues with your order we suggest contacting us as soon as you can so we can investigate and issue a replacement if necessary.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to change any information about your order, please try to do this as quickly as possible, as we try to get orders out as soon as we can. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that any changes will be actioned, so we ask that when filling out your information you take care to be as accurate as possible.

Where are you located?

Squished sits on a berry farm just outside sunny Chichester on the South Coast of the UK. 

Do your products contain allergens?

All of our products are gluten and nut-free, but they are made in an environment where other allergens are present, so be sure to check the information on each individual product page to make sure you are fully informed. 

Is your packaging recyclable?
