Everyone is always looking for easier ways to get fruit into their diet, and we believe our air-dried rescue fruit pieces are the perfect way to do that, especially in the foodservice environment where large quantities of food is served to a large customer base.

Using Grade A surplus fruit, we produce a pure, unadulterated ingredient in a format ideal for the foodservice industry. Our air-dried Apple or Blueberry pieces are just that, 100% apple or blueberry with absolutely nothing added, providing an intense flavour from small amounts.

Due to the ‘crumb’ format of our ingredients, the potential applications are wide-ranging, from baking e.g. sponges, cookies, cheesecakes, muffins, pancakes, pastries and more, to porridge, smoothies, granola, muesli, set desserts etc.

We also have examples of the pieces being used in savoury products e.g. the dried apple being used in a scotch egg or pork pie to add depth of flavour.
Using our sustainable ingredients also provides an opportunity for education in certain settings e.g. schools.
