The dried fruit market is flooded with whole dried/freeze-dried fruits, but these are often adulterated with sunflower oil & added sugar, and tend to be an expensive way to introduce fruit to home-baking and breakfasts.
Our air-dried pieces are produced from 100% pure Grade A surplus fruit that we rescue from farmers, giving them an income from fruit that would otherwise
go to waste, while ensuring that all their hard work doesn’t go to waste.
The potential applications of our 200g retail packs are wide-ranging, from home baking e.g. sponges, cookies, cheesecakes, muffins, pancakes, pastries and more, or as an addition to porridge, smoothies, granola, muesli etc.
