You guys loved our Blueberry Pieces, so we've gone one step further - introducing Rescue Apple Boost! Handy little pieces of 100% air-dried rescue apple, perfect for use as an ingredient in bakes & pancakes, or as a topping for cereals, porridge or snacks.
We air-dry all of the fruit we rescue in order to give it a longer shelf life, and our new Apple Boost is just another way of using our rescue fruit to add a burst of flavour to recipes & snacks.
There's a whopping 16 rescue apples crammed into each 150g bag of dried pieces!

We rescue fruit that’s surplus to requirements for a variety of reasons – this is often due to over-production, or the supermarkets are stocked up, or the fruit is not the 'right' shape or size, although still perfectly edible. By putting this fruit through our pioneering air-drying process, we can preserve the nutrients and intensify the natural flavours.
